Kivubelt Coffee was founded in 2011 by Teuscher Invest, Ltd. with the aquisition of more than 200 acres of land in Gihombo, Nyamaseke district, Western province of Rwanda. Since then we have planted more than 90'000 coffee trees, aquired a coffee washing station In Murondo and just finished to build a second washing station in Jarama. Teuscher Invest, Ltd, which is owned by Swiss and Rwandan investors, aims to create a model coffee plantation using best sustainable agricultural practice and providing work opportunities for the region.
